Business owner: How to dispute a Google review. Because I flagged mine and Google said no.
Joshua: You file an appeal, either yourself, or through a removal team that builds the case for you. Google's Business Profile help gives you one appeal, inside the Reviews Management Tool. Open that tool and choose "Appeal eligible reviews." You only get one appeal. Three things decide if it works, and there's a faster way to get all three right.
Business owner: Ok. What are they?
Joshua: One. The exact rule it breaks. Fake engagement, off topic, conflict of interest. Unfair isn't a rule. Two. Proof Google can't see by reading it. Booking records with no matching name. Screenshots of a sudden cluster of one-stars.
Business owner: I'd have to dig all that up myself?
Joshua: Yes. And three, it's one appeal, and Google won't explain its answer.
Business owner: That's a second job.
Joshua: That's why TheReputation.org exists. We do this every day. We know which policy fits, we build the evidence, and we work the appeal. On the review cases we take on, nearly 90% come down.
Business owner: Ok. That I'd hand off.
Joshua: If Google already said no to a review on your business, comment "REMOVAL." We'll look at the case and handle the appeal for you.
