These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by The Reputation.org, a brand of Aurawave Inc. ("The Reputation," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
The Reputation.org offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have submitted a form on our website or otherwise opted in to receive text messages. Our messaging program may include:

- Service status updates and notifications related to active engagements
- Occasional promotional messages about our services and offerings
2. Opt-In and Consent
You opt in to our SMS program by checking the consent checkbox on any form on our website where your phone number is collected. By checking the box and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages and phone calls from The Reputation.org at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is documented with a timestamp and the specific form and page URL from which it was submitted.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You may receive messages related to appointment scheduling, service updates, and occasional promotions. We estimate you may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month, though this may vary.
4. Costs and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. The Reputation.org does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each message sent or received according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging and data plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further text messages will be sent to you unless you re-opt in by submitting a new form on our website.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect and store your phone number and opt-in consent records (including timestamp and source) solely for the purpose of delivering our messaging service and maintaining compliance records. Mobile opt-in data may only be shared with service providers and subcontractors who are bound by confidentiality agreements and solely for the purpose of delivering the messaging service on our behalf.

9. Do Not Call
The Reputation.org maintains an internal Do Not Call list and honors the National Do Not Call Registry. Opting out of SMS messages will also place you on our internal Do Not Call list for promotional calls. 10. Changes to These Terms
