Our SMS program is compatible with most major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their respective MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We collect and store your phone number and opt-in consent records (including timestamp and source) solely for the purpose of delivering our messaging service and maintaining compliance records. Mobile opt-in data may only be shared with service providers and subcontractors who are bound by confidentiality agreements and solely for the purpose of delivering the messaging service on our behalf.
