How to remove a picture from Google. Straight answer. Get it taken down where it's posted, yourself or with a removal team, and Google follows. Google's help page says to contact the site owner, since Google can't remove images from the web. Find the page it's on and ask the owner to take it down. Three things decide which path your photo takes. And there's a faster way down all of them. One. If the owner won't answer, Google says to try the site's hosting company. Two. If it breaks Google's rules, like an intimate image shared without consent or a photo of your ID, you file with Google. That only clears Google. And if it's been copied to other sites, each copy is its own request. Three. If it's just old or unflattering, Google won't remove it. You push it down with photos on pages you control, over months. That's why TheReputation.org exists. We find every copy, match each one to the right path, and deal with the owners and Google, privately. If there's a photo of you on Google you want gone, comment "REMOVAL." We'll look at which path fits, and handle it for you.
